Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which an impartial and qualified mediator facilitates dialogue between the parties so that they can find, by themselves, a mutually agreed and satisfactory solution to their conflict. The mediator does not propose solutions or take sides, but rather helps facilitate communication so that the parties can reach agreements.
Conciliation is an agile and flexible procedure in which the conciliator, acting impartially, helps the parties bring their positions closer together. The conciliator may propose balanced and technically viable solutions (unlike in the mediation process), which the parties can accept or adapt in order to resolve the conflict by mutual agreement.
A non-binding expert opinion is a technical report prepared by an independent expert who objectively analyzes the facts or discrepancies between the parties, providing a reasoned assessment that may serve as a basis to facilitate agreements, but without mandatory character or imposed legal effects.
Technical advisory is a professional strategic guidance service that helps the parties better understand the situation, analyze the causes, evaluate possible solutions, and make informed decisions to prevent or resolve conflicts in an efficient and constructive manner.

In the first consultation, we listen to your case and analyze the nature of the conflict to determine the most appropriate resolution method: mediation, conciliation, or an external expert opinion.
It is a space to share information, clarify doubts, and establish the working framework, always with absolute confidentiality and independence. The objective is to understand the needs of all parties and define the best way to move forward toward a constructive and balanced solution.
